The PDR El Vinyet Cuvee Especial Belicoso Fino Cigar is crafted in the Dominican Republic at Abe Flores’s PDR factory. Released in 2023 after a one-year delay, this regular production line features direct involvement from Flores, who personally bunched the first 10,000 cigars before assigning them to skilled rollers. The cigars are wrapped in dark Ecuador Habano Oscuro leaves selected for their visual consistency.

Flores supervised daily production, choosing Indonesian binders and filler tobaccos each morning. The filler blend combines Dominican Habano and Pennsylvania broadleaf tobaccos. The Ecuador Habano Oscuro wrapper contributes to the cigar’s structural integrity and combustion properties.
