Crafted in the Dominican Republic at Abe Flores’s PDR factory, the PDR El Vinyet Cuvee Especial 2023 features a production process directly overseen by Flores. He personally bunched the first 10,000 cigars before assigning them to senior rollers for finishing. The cigars utilize an Ecuador Habano Oscuro wrapper with a dark, oily appearance, paired with an Indonesian binder. The filler blend combines Dominican Habano and Pennsylvania broadleaf tobaccos, selected daily by Flores during manufacturing.
