During production, Flores personally bunched the first 10,000 units before delegating the task to his team, ensuring consistency in construction.

The PDR El Vinyet Cuvee Especial Wide Churchill Cigar combines a Dominican Habano and Pennsylvania broadleaf filler blend with an Indonesian binder. Flores hand-selected these components daily to maintain quality control. The regular production line emphasizes meticulous material curation, with the Dominican Habano contributing earthy notes and the Pennsylvania broadleaf adding depth to the flavor profile.
