a) Return applications will only be accepted when the product packaging remains intact and unused, cigarette boxes remain sealed without stains or damage, and the original logistics packaging box is preserved.

b) If complimentary gifts were included with the purchased product, the corresponding gifts must be returned together with the order. Compensation at market price (as published on our website) will be required for any lost gifts.

c) Partial returns are permitted for promotional bundles. The non-returned portion will be settled at member price.

d) Contact us within three days of receipt. The confirmation of delivery date will be based on the actual arrival date shown by third-party logistics platforms. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer.

e) For quality issues encountered during product use: Contact us within three days of receipt (based on delivery date). Return shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer (only exchanges for the same category of product are permitted).

f) Sealed canned goods, sealed tube-packaged items, and certain other products are excluded from return/exchange eligibility.
