Produced at Abe Flores’s PDR factory in the Dominican Republic, the PDR El Vinyet Cuvee Especial Robusto Clasico Cigar launched in 2023 after a one-year delay. The regular production line features a dark, oily Ecuador Habano Oscuro wrapper. Abe Flores personally bunched the first 10,000 cigars before assigning their final rolling to experienced craftsmen.

During daily production, Flores selected the tobacco components himself. The blend combines an Indonesian binder with Dominican Habano and Pennsylvania broadleaf fillers. The PDR El Vinyet Cuvee Especial line emphasizes meticulous material curation, reflecting Flores’ hands-on approach to balancing flavors.
