Production occurs at TABSA in Jalapa under Melillo's direct supervision, capped at 225 cigars daily to maintain quality control.

Measuring 7" x 40 ring gauge, the Foundation El Güegüense The Wise Man Lancero features a Nicaraguan Corojo wrapper with visible oil content. The blend combines Nicaraguan binder and filler tobaccos that produce earthy base notes with detectable coffee and cocoa elements. Mid-smoke transitions reveal leather and wood characteristics accompanied by citrus undertones.

The combustion properties include a consistent burn line and open draw. Flavor intensity progresses from medium-bodied to more pronounced spice in the final third. Construction employs traditional lancero format parameters, requiring slower smoking cadence to maintain ideal combustion temperature.
