Melillo personally selects each bale and oversees production at TABSA factory, with daily output capped at 225 cigars to maintain quality control.

Construction and Dimensions

Measuring 7 inches with a 40-ring gauge, the Lancero format features a Nicaraguan Corojo wrapper characterized by visible oil content. The binder and filler tobaccos are all Nicaraguan-sourced, including leaves from the Jalapa Valley. Combustion performance is maintained through a compacted bunching technique despite the slender vitola.
