The PDR El Vinyet Cuvee Especial Belicoso Fino Cigar is crafted at Abe Flores’s factory in the Dominican Republic. Originally slated for 2022, this regular production line debuted in 2023. The cigars feature an Ecuador Habano Oscuro wrapper noted for its dark coloration and glossy finish.

Abe Flores oversaw multiple production stages personally. He bunched the first 10,000 units before assigning the application of wrappers to senior rollers. Daily during manufacturing, Flores selected Indonesian binder leaves and filler tobaccos comprising Dominican Habano and Pennsylvania broadleaf.
