Produced at Abe Flores’s PDR factory in the Dominican Republic, the El Vinyet Cuvee Especial 2023 release experienced a one-year delay before reaching the market. Abe Flores personally bunched the first 10,000 cigars in this regular production line, later transitioning the task to his skilled rollers. The cigars feature Ecuador Habano Oscuro wrappers, noted for their dark hue and glossy finish.

Flores selected materials daily during production, choosing Indonesian binders alongside a filler blend of Dominican Habano and Pennsylvania broadleaf tobaccos. This combination reflects the factory’s focus on utilizing diverse tobacco-growing regions to construct the PDR El Vinyet Cuvee Especial Wide Churchill Cigar’s profile.
