Produced at Abe Flores’s PDR factory in the Dominican Republic, the El Vinyet Cuvee Especial 2023 features a manufacturing process emphasizing direct oversight. Abe Flores personally bunched the first 10,000 cigars before assigning the remaining production to experienced rollers. The cigars utilize dark Ecuador Habano Oscuro wrappers selected for their oily sheen.

Originally slated for 2022 release, the PDR El Vinyet Cuvee Especial 2023 entered the market with a one-year delay. During daily production, Flores hand-selected binder and filler leaves to maintain consistency. The blend combines Dominican and U.S.-grown tobaccos with Indonesian binder leaf for structural balance.
