The Warped Cocodrilo Corona Gorda Cigar draws inspiration from Cuba’s crocodile-shaped Isla del Cocodrilo, developed by Kyle Gellis of Warped. This 5 5/8" x 46 ring gauge cigar uses an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper with a slightly oily sheen, paired with a Nicaraguan binder and Nicaraguan long-filler tobaccos from Aganorsa Leaf. The blend incorporates double Ecuadorian and Brazilian binders beneath the wrapper.
Construction Details
- Hand-rolled in Nicaragua
- Ecuadorian Habano wrapper aged for optimal combustion
- Nicaraguan binder and filler combination
Flavor Characteristics
The Warped Cocodrilo Corona Gorda delivers a medium-bodied profile opening with cedar and white pepper. Mid-smoke transitions reveal toasted nuts and cocoa, followed by leather and roasted coffee in the final third. The combustion system maintains an even burn with minimal relights required.
