The Henri Wintermans Slim Panatella cigars feature a 127mm length with a 16.67mm ring gauge. These light-bodied cigars use a multi-origin tobacco blend from Indonesia, Ecuador, Brazil, Dominican Republic, Cuba, Colombia, Philippines, and Italy. A Brazilian-grown binder leaf creates the distinctive brown outer wrapper characteristic of Dutch-style cigar production.
The Henri Wintermans Slim Panatella blend combines air-cured tobaccos with fire-cured leaves, achieving a combustion temperature optimized for slow burning. The 5-count pack contains cigars rolled with a semi-mechanical technique developed by Wintermans in 1904, maintaining draw consistency across all units.
- Primary wrapper: Sun-cured Brazilian Mata Fina leaf
- Filler composition: 65% Indonesian Besuki, 20% Cuban-seed Dominican Olor, 15% Italian Nostrano del Brenta
- Total combustion time: 35-42 minutes
Since establishing their Maastricht factory in 1912, Henri Wintermans has standardized humidity-controlled packaging for panatella formats. The current production batch (Q3 2023) uses tobaccos aged 18-24 months in cedar-lined bales prior to rolling.
