The VegaFina 1998 25 Aniversario Cum Laude features a 6½" x 52 Toro Extra format with a pigtail cap, marking the first use of this size in the brand's history. This limited edition cigar uses Dominican piloto corona tobacco from the upper sections of piloto cubano plants, combined with Colombian, Nicaraguan, and Dominican fillers wrapped in an Ecuadorian HVA leaf. The Indonesian binder completes a blend matching the core VegaFina 1998 series introduced in 2020.

Manufactured at Tabacalera de García in La Romana, Dominican Republic, the production is restricted to 5,000 numbered boxes containing 25 cigars each. The packaging serves dual functionality as a humidor, integrating a built-in hygrometer and humidification system.
