The El Septimo France Bordeaux Chateau Zaya Gordo Cigar from the Culinary Art Collection combines Bordeaux winemaking heritage with tobacco aging techniques. This 6" x 60 ring gauge cigar utilizes wine barrel-aged tobacco from Zaya Younan's vineyards in France.
Tobacco leaves undergo a 15-month aging process in Bordeaux wine casks, developing notes of cedar and fermented grape skins. The blend contains:
- Five distinct filler tobaccos
- Two wine cask-aged binders
The combustion characteristics maintain consistent heat distribution through 20-22 cigarillos per box. This construction captures the character of aged Bordeaux wines through sequential flavor development during smoking.
