Binder and filler tobaccos undergo six years of pre-roll aging, followed by two additional years of post-roll maturation to integrate flavors.

Construction utilizes a Nicaraguan binder and long-filler leaves from Jalapa and Estelí regions. Initial tasting reveals dominant dark chocolate and espresso notes, transitioning to cedar and black pepper midway. The final third introduces caramel and dried fruit undertones balanced by cocoa and leather, concluding with a smooth smoke texture.

Rocky Patel’s team tested 145 blend variations before finalizing this combination. Production focuses on extended aging protocols, with all tobaccos meeting minimum six-year thresholds prior to rolling. Post-production resting in bales ensures flavor cohesion without bitterness.
