The cigar uses tobaccos aged six years before rolling, followed by two additional years of post-roll aging to integrate flavors. Rocky Patel's team tested 145 blend variations before finalizing this composition.

The Sixty cigar features a dark Mexican San Andrés Maduro wrapper with visible oil content, paired with Nicaraguan binder and filler tobaccos. The 6" x 60 ring gauge format provides extended smoking duration. Construction occurs at Tabacalera Villa Cuba S.A. (TAVICUSA) in Estelí, Nicaragua.
