The blend for Casdagli Cigars was developed by Hendrik Kelner Jnr at the KBF factory. It combines Dominican fillers, a Dominican binder, and a Claro Colorado Ecuadorian wrapper, delivering creamy and nutty notes. The Robusto vitola measures 5 x 50 and uses leaves selected from a specific priming to optimize flavor intensity.

The Casdagli Brothers of the Sabre Brave Robusto features an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper with an oily texture, paired with Nicaraguan and Dominican filler tobaccos. Initial flavors present earthy spices and pepper, transitioning to leather and roasted nuts. Mid-smoke reveals darker tones of coffee and dark chocolate, balanced by subtle sweetness. The strength ranges from mild to medium-bodied, with a smooth draw and consistent burn.
