While Yamasa-grown tobacco forms the foundation, the blend incorporates Dominican Republic filler leaves and Nicaraguan binder tobacco. This fusion creates a multi-origin profile distinct from single-region cigars. The wrapper uses Yamasa-grown Habano seed varietal leaves aged for optimal combustion.

Production maintains Davidoff’s quality protocols, with trained torcedores overseeing the 50 x 124mm Robusto format. The cigar undergoes triple-stage draw testing and aging in cedar-lined rooms before packaging. Regional humidity controls preserve the tobacco’s essential oils during global distribution.
