The cigar uses tobacco aged for at least two years, adhering to Edición Limitada standards since 2007. The blend incorporates a darker wrapper leaf, contributing subtle sweetness to Hoyo de Monterrey’s signature light-flavored profile.

Handmade in Cuba’s Vuelta Abajo region using long filler tobaccos from Pinar del Río, the Monterreyes No.4 delivers a medium-bodied experience. Initial notes of cedar and floral tones transition to flavors of leather, cocoa, and toasted nuts, with hints of spice. The draw emphasizes balance, supported by a smooth combustion and consistent ash formation.
