The Partagás Línea Maestra Rito measures 6 5/8 inches (168 mm) in length with a 52 ring gauge. It uses tobacco exclusively from Cuba’s San Luis region in Pinar del Río. The blend delivers flavors of leather, cocoa, and pepper, reflecting the brand’s full-bodied profile. Each cigar features dual bands: a primary blue band with the vitola name and a secondary foot band. The cigars are packaged in lacquered boxes containing 20 units.
Línea Maestra Range Characteristics
The Partagás Línea Maestra introduces three exclusive vitolas:
- Origen
- Rito
- Maestro
All feature a Cabeza Tumbada cap style, historically referenced as a "109" shape. This design was last seen in the 2015 Ramon Allones Hunters & Frankau Anniversario 225 release. The range marks the first time Partagás and Habanos, S.A. have used 100% San Luis-grown tobacco.
Production Details
The San Luis terroir contributes distinct aromatic complexity while maintaining Partagás’ traditional strength. The Línea Maestra Rito shares full-bodied characteristics with other Partagás cigars, including the 2018 Línea Maduro series. Packaging utilizes lacquered boxes with blue accents, aligning with the brand’s visual identity updates following Cohiba Behike (2010) and Romeo y Julieta Línea de Oro (2020) precedents.
