This Placeres vitola measures 5 1/4" (133mm) with a 53 ring gauge, utilizing tobaccos from Cuba's Vuelta Abajo region subjected to Cohiba's proprietary barrel fermentation process.

The blend delivers a medium-to-full body profile through a triple-seam cap construction. Initial flavors present earthy undertones with creamy texture, transitioning to:

• Toasted almond notes
• Honey sweetness
• Subtle spice accents

Each box contains 10 cigars with dual-layer tobacco wrappers - a lighter outer leaf over a darker inner binder. This configuration contributes to the cigar's balanced combustion characteristics, maintaining consistent ash formation throughout the smoking session.

The Cohiba Ambar features a specialized cold draw testing protocol during production, ensuring optimal airflow resistance between 900-1100 pascals. This quality control measure aligns with El Laguito's standards for the Linea Clasica series, requiring 18-month minimum aging for all filler tobaccos before rolling.
