Introduced in 1982 as part of Cohiba's La Linea Clasica Series, the Cohiba Exquisitos is a 5-inch panatela with a 36-ring gauge. This cigar features tobacco from Cuba's Vuelta Abajo region, recognized for producing leaves used in premium Cuban cigars. Rolled at El Laguito factory, its construction maintains consistent combustion and airflow.

The Cohiba Exquisitos delivers a medium-bodied profile with dominant tobacco notes accompanied by:

• Grassy undertones from aged seco leaves
• Roasted coffee bean aromas
• Subtle wood and earth accents

The blend incorporates a triple-fermented capote binder and tripa larga filler leaves, contributing to its layered complexity without overwhelming intensity.

Designed for 45-60 minute smoking sessions, the Exquisitos' compact format suits both daytime breaks and evening occasions. Its ash holds firm for 1.5-2 inches, while the draw resistance measures 2.5-3.0 on the cigar tightness scale. The cigar ships in SLB (cabinet) packaging when purchased in 25-count boxes.

As a permanent production item from Habanos S.A., the Exquisitos remains available through authorized distributors. The 2023 version uses a 2018 base blend with 2020 wrapper leaves, typical of Cohiba's five-year aging protocol for core lines.
