The RoMa Craft Aquitaine Anthropology combines Nicaraguan filler tobaccos from Esteli, Condega, and Pueblo Nuevo with a Cameroon binder and an Ecuador Habano Ligero wrapper. The ninth-priming ligero wrapper exhibits visible oil content and coarse texture. Filler leaves include ligero for smoky depth, viso for balance, and seco for clean combustion. This Toro-sized cigar (5¾" x 46) uses Brazilian Arapiraca wrapper leaf to amplify the blend's earthy foundation.
Flavor progression begins with earthy and leather notes, transitioning to dark chocolate and coffee mid-profile. Cedar emerges in the final third, moderated by the Cameroon binder's peppery undertones. Smoke density remains consistent due to the Pueblo Nuevo-grown ligero filler's combustion properties.
- Wrapper: Ecuador Habano Ligero (9th priming)
- Binder: Cameroon
- Filler: Nicaraguan tobaccos (Esteli, Condega, Pueblo Nuevo)
The Aquitaine Anthropology demonstrates RoMa Craft's focus on combustion engineering. Box-pressed construction promotes airflow regulation, while the triple-cap finish ensures wrapper integrity. Testing at Esteli's Fabrica de Tobacos revealed 98% combustion consistency across 24-count box samples.
