The PDR El Vinyet Cuvee Especial Wide Churchill Cigar is crafted at Abe Flores’s PDR factory in the Dominican Republic. Released in 2023 after a one-year delay, this regular production line features a dark Ecuador Habano Oscuro wrapper. Abe Flores personally bunched the first 10,000 cigars before assigning them to skilled rollers for final shaping and wrapper application.

Daily during production, Flores selected Indonesian binders and filler tobaccos comprising Dominican Habano and Pennsylvania broadleaf. The combination of these materials underscores the PDR El Vinyet Cuvee Especial’s focus on balanced construction and flavor complexity derived from its multi-origin leaf composition.
