The Montecristo Wide Edmundo represents the latest permanent addition to the brand’s portfolio, introduced during the 2021 Habanos World Days. As the fourth Edmundo variant in regular production, it features a dual-band design with the vitola name displayed in yellow. Classified as a Duke No. 3 by torcedores, this Cuban cigar measures 124mm (4 7/8") in length with a 54-ring gauge, marking the widest format in the Montecristo core lineup.

Constructed with Vuelta Abajo-grown tobaccos, the Wide Edmundo utilizes a tripa larga entera (long filler) method. The blend delivers medium-full intensity through flavors of cedarwood, mineral-rich earth, and bitter cocoa. Secondary notes include roasted coffee beans and dried fruit, balanced by a faint white pepper finish.
