How to Use Snus Properly

Using Portion Snus (Pouches)

  1. Take one pouch from the can
  2. Place it between your upper lip and gum (left or right side)
  3. Leave it for 15-60 minutes (longer = stronger nicotine release)
  4. Remove and discard when flavor fades or nicotine satisfaction is reached

Using Loose Snus

  1. Wash hands thoroughly
  2. Pinch a small amount (about 1-2 grams)
  3. Shape into a compact ball or "prilla"
