How to Use Snus Properly

Using Portion Snus (Pouches)
- Take one pouch from the can
- Place it between your upper lip and gum (left or right side)
- Leave it for 15-60 minutes (longer = stronger nicotine release)
- Remove and discard when flavor fades or nicotine satisfaction is reached

Using Loose Snus
- Wash hands thoroughly
- Pinch a small amount (about 1-2 grams)
- Shape into a compact ball or "prilla"
- Press it under your upper lip with your finger
- Expect more flavor release (and more saliva) than pouches

Key Tips
- No spitting needed: Unlike chewing tobacco, you can swallow saliva
